We developed a self-assembling glycopeptide conjugates where the natural O-glycosidic linkages and phosphoryl modifications assist the self-assembly, could be used in generating a series of multivalently glycosylated nanoparticles, which may be able to interact with lectins that often targeted by complex natural carbohydrates.
